In February & March, I announced health challenges that were pretty much baby steps! This is April 1st & I’m announcing a more serious health challenge. Personally for me, I’m trying to lose at least 30lb (preferably 50lb) by July 1st. It’s a little drastic but can definitely be accomplished. I’m not putting out a specific diet plan because I don’t necessarily believe in diets & every diet isn’t for everyone. I believe in a lifestyle or habit change so you have to find what works for you. Realize though that you have to burn more calories than you consume in order to lose weight and you have to be consistent. I’ll be giving out any helpful tips I discover on Mondays.
