Happy August y’all! This month I’m continuing my commitment to being healthy by walking at least 75 miles, drinking water instead of sodas, eating whole foods and limiting my daily calorie intake to 1500 – 1700 calories( approximately 500 calories each for breakfast, lunch and dinner and two 100 calorie snacks.) Will you join me?
